Marketing and Sales Assistant – Full-time
Madison’s leading property management and development company is now hiring!
Goldleaf Development is seeking a full time Marketing and Sales Assistant for its Madison area offices.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company website and online forms using Squarespace and JotForm
- Manage and optimize third-party advertising platforms such as Apartments.com and Zillow
- Coordinate with vendors to organize and execute property photoshoots
- Design, order, and manage marketing materials including posters, flyers, and outdoor signage
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the Marketing and Sales Manager
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct property tours and assist in leasing to prospective residents on occasional Saturday leasing shifts
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Dependable, responsible, and proactive with a willingness to take initiative
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Upbeat, personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google My Business
- Punctual with a strong attendance record
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily use
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
