Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and InVision to communicate design concepts effectively.
Design intuitive user flows, information architecture, and layout structures that enhance usability and accessibility across multiple platforms including web and mobile devices.
Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and analyze user feedback to refine interface designs continually.
Implement responsive web design principles ensuring seamless experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.
Create compelling data visualization components for dashboards using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, React Express, and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
Maintain consistency in visual design by applying established design patterns and adhering to web accessibility standards aligned with UX best practices.
Support product development cycles within Agile methodologies by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate on integrating APIs and RESTful services to enhance functionality while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Experience

Proven experience designing UI/UX for ERP systems or enterprise software solutions with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work on complex business applications.
Extensive knowledge of front-end development technologies including JavaScript (React, Angular), HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and responsive web design techniques.
Proficiency with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe Dreamweaver, Zeplin, and Visio.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and frameworks like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), requirements gathering processes, wireframing methodologies, and interaction design principles.
Experience conducting user research activities including usability testing sessions and analyzing analytics data to inform design decisions.
Knowledge of Agile workflows including Jira or similar project management tools to facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams.
