Position Overview
All American Print Supply Co. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to help elevate and optimize our online presence, customer experience, and ecommerce performance.
This role is ideal for someone who understands modern ecommerce strategy, Shopify website management, UX/UI best practices, digital advertising, and conversion-focused marketing. You will play a key role in improving website usability, increasing conversions, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping drive online revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who can identify opportunities, execute improvements, and contribute strategic ideas that strengthen our ecommerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company website using Shopify and GemPages
- Build and update landing pages for:
- Promotions
- Product launches
- Trade shows and events
- Marketing campaigns
- Implement and manage:
- HubSpot form integrations
- Lead capture workflows
- CRM routing functionality
- Improve website UX/UI and overall customer experience
- Continuously modernize the website to improve:
- Brand presentation
- Customer trust
- Website credibility
- Optimize website structure, layouts, merchandising, and navigation to improve conversions and online revenue
- Research competitor ecommerce websites and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements related to:
- Website usability
- Accessibility
- SEO structure
- Product discovery
- Customer journey optimization
- Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer and Marketing team on campaigns and website initiatives
- Ensure the website remains visually consistent, organized, and up to date
- Help maintain accurate and compelling product messaging across the website
- Assist with managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Help develop and guide UGC and ad creative concepts focused on:
- Ecommerce conversions
- Lead generation
- Customer engagement
- Monitor website and advertising performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Shopify ecommerce websites
- Experience with GemPages or similar Shopify page builders
- Experience integrating HubSpot forms and lead workflows into websites
- Strong understanding of ecommerce UX/UI and modern website trends
- Ability to identify and implement improvements that support ecommerce growth and conversion optimization
- Experience building and managing landing pages for promotions or campaigns
- Experience with paid digital advertising platforms such as:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Understanding of:
- Ecommerce ad creative
- UGC marketing
- Conversion-focused content
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong eye for:
- Layout
- Hierarchy
- Visual presentation
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS preferred
- Experience collaborating with creative marketing teams
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, or digital marketing environments preferred
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience within the apparel printing, DTF, DTG, or promotional products industry
- Familiarity with:
- HubSpot
- Klaviyo
- Google Analytics
- Heatmap or conversion tracking tools
- Experience with A/B testing landing pages or ad creatives
- Understanding of ecommerce merchandising strategies and product categorization
Pay: $21.63 - $31.25 per hour
