CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST Luxury Menswear & Image Consulting Firm Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | Tuesday through Saturday
About the Company
**Please note: this job is not with EfficientAide. It's for our client based in Philadelphia (downtown).
Our client is Philadelphia's premier destination for bespoke menswear, specializing in custom, hand-crafted suits and comprehensive image consulting services for discerning clients with an eye for detail and a taste for luxury. Their mission is to deliver a white-glove experience and the confidence that comes from being permanently stylish.
Their Core Values: Be Reputable | Be Extraordinary | Be Authentic | Be Learned
About the Role
As the Client Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a high-end luxury menswear business, ensuring that every client interaction reflects a commitment to exceptional service. This is a white-glove, best-in-class position designed for individuals who are passionate about luxury and thrive in a client-focused environment.
You will work closely with the Sales Director and company leadership to facilitate client appointments, manage the sales process, and contribute to business development. The majority of your pipeline will be provided through an active marketing program, including 10 or more qualified leads per week. Your role is to convert, serve, and build lasting client relationships, not to prospect from scratch.

- Manage all client follow-up with timely, detailed communication that enhances the client journey
- Handle client inquiries and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

- Support sales reporting, including tracking key metrics and preparing reports for the leadership team

Client Experience and Brand Standards
- Deliver a tailored luxury experience for each client, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm's values of excellence, authenticity, and impeccable service

- Anticipate client needs before they are expressed, capturing preferences and history diligently in CRM
What We Are Looking For
- Personable and self-aware, with the natural confidence to connect with clients across a wide range of backgrounds and wealth levels
- High emotional intelligence and active listening skills. You listen more than you talk, and clients feel genuinely heard
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal, with a polished professional presence

- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Completeness and accuracy matter to you
- Humble confidence: the ability to engage authentically with high-net-worth clients without being intimidated or over-eager

- Growth-oriented: desire to pursue continued education in image consulting, attend industry events, and deepen your expertise over time
- Proactive by nature: you see what needs to be done without being told
- Curious: you ask great questions, go deeper than the surface, and capture what you learn
Nice to Have:
- Existing connections in our target market
- Formalized sales training or a background in luxury, hospitality, or tailored clothing
- An understanding of the transformative impact that image consulting and custom clothing can have on a client's confidence and presence
Schedule and Location
- In-person at the Philadelphia showroom, Tuesday through Saturday
- Saturday availability required (flexibility on timing)
- Minimal remote work for order processing
- Occasional evening events or client engagements as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 annually, guaranteed regardless of sales volume.
Commission: Tiered and uncapped, starting at 5% after $15,000 in monthly revenue and stepping up to 10% above $35,000. Strong performers have a realistic path to $90,000 to $120,000 in total annual compensation within year one.
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 15 days PTO accruing from day one. 401(k) in development.
Why This Role
This is not a retail environment. This is a boutique luxury practice with a white-glove standard, a loyal and growing client base, and a marketing engine that feeds qualified leads directly to you. You will work alongside a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, client relationships, and continuous improvement.
- If you understand that great clothing is not just about what you wear but about the confidence, presence, and impact it creates for the person wearing it, this role is for you.
