Activities:
- Contribute with sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying customer needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing trends and relying on customer reactions.
- Work alongside Commercial, Logistics, Operations and Procurement teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement of productivity.
- Support RFQs, analyzing costs, investments, contribution margins and the overall impact on the company.
- Support the development of new programs and products.
- Provide information to customers regarding product specifications and attributes. Monitor and report on competitor activities and strategies
- Primary product packaging and identification development and implementation
- Implement adjustments to the current portfolio, release of new part numbers and product lines.
- Oversee & coordinate social media and website projects, building strategies to support the company’s goals and leading all communication with our MKT agencies and headquarters.
- Provide MKT reports with detailed information regarding the production of vehicles, trends, macroeconomics & others
- Following the catalog database.
- Participate in the development of the annual sales plan and marketing plan as required.
- Manage and coordinate all actions and tasks for tradeshows and industry events, internally and externally.
- Review, analyze, and communicate internally competitor’s data as required
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate Spanish proficiency (desirable)
- Knowledge of the automotive and aftermarket parts industry.
- Experience in market research and statistical analysis.
- Ability to develop and manage price and quality comparison analyses across product lines.
- Experience in project development and management, as well as marketing strategy design.
- The proposed salary can be negotiable.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
