Job Description
: In this on-site role, the Finance Analyst provides Financial/Accounting support for the Client SRG/MDS business, specifically Infection Prevention Manufacturing Plant in EL Paso, TX. This includes providing financial support and leadership to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives and formulating and executing operations strategies. The position plays a critical role in managing manufacturing cost performance and driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making

Duties & Responsibilitie
- sLead month-end activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results
- .Ensure accurate account reconciliations and financial integrity within SAP
- .Perform detailed costing analysis, including standard cost, review, and maintenance
- .Support recurring financial reports, summarizing in a timely manner, identifying key drivers, and working with cross-departmental teams to lead change through KPI management
- .Support annual budget and rolling forecast process, integrating operational and cost assumptions. Monitor performance on a weekly & monthly basis vs latest projection cycle and annual budget
- .Support internal and external SOX Audits
- .Drives continuous financial improvement through preparation/review of business cases, inventory analysis, new product and discontinuance analysis, and spending analysis
- .Ensures that financial reports and records are prepared in compliance with US GAAP and BD financial policies
- .Performs other related duties and assignments as require

Minimum qualifications
Education & Experienc
- eRequires 2+ years of relevant progressive accounting / finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing operations, product costing, manufacturing variances and inventory control, financial analysis, and budgeting & forecasting experience preferre
- dRequires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilitie
- sMust be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPS, etc.
- )ERP experience is necessary; specifically, SAP experience is preferred
- .Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with management of all levels and disciplines
