Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Associate
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Enterprise Transformation Associate with our client located in New York.
Job Description:
- The Enterprise Transformation Associate / Senior Associate will help drive our client’s transformation agenda across the Enterprise business.
- This role combines strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution to support high-priority growth initiatives across Enterprise Strategy and Strategics.
- The individual in this role will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, solve complex business problems, and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
- This person should be equally comfortable building a model, structuring an ambiguous problem, preparing executive-ready materials, and driving follow-through across cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities: - Strategy Development and Decision Support:
- Support development of 1-year operating priorities and 3- to 5-year growth plans across the Enterprise business
- Structure complex business questions into clear hypotheses, analyses, options, and recommendations
- Build financial, scenario, and business case models to inform strategic decisions, investment choices, and go-to-market tradeoffs
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and performance analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers
- Translate data and analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- Transformation Execution and Initiative Leadership:
- Drive execution of high-priority initiatives across Enterprise Strategy and Strategics, from initial problem framing through implementation
- Develop workplans, success metrics, timelines, and governance structures to keep initiatives on track
- Monitor progress against milestones, business outcomes, and leadership commitments; identify and resolve blockers quickly
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across sales, finance, product, alliances, marketing, and operations
- Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure new priorities and ways of working translate into field execution
- Business Performance Analysis and Insight Generation:
- Analyze business performance across areas such as pipeline, coverage, productivity, account penetration, and growth trends
- Pull together data from Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and internal reporting to generate actionable insights
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting that improve visibility into business performance and initiative progress
- Distill complex and ambiguous inputs into practical insights that support faster, better decisions
- Executive Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Develop executive-ready presentations, business reviews, and decision memos for senior leadership discussions
- Support structured, fact-based discussions with Enterprise executives and sales leadership
- Maintain strong working relationships across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Capture decisions, clarify next steps, and ensure follow-through across multiple stakeholder groups
- Operating Rhythm and Best Practice Development:
- Help build a more disciplined operating model across planning, business reviews, initiative tracking, and decision-making
- Define and document best practices, templates, and tools that improve consistency, speed, and execution quality
- Support ongoing refinement of transformation office standards, governance, and working norms
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture grounded in rigor, accountability, and action orientation.
Job Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous problem-solving environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to turn data into clear business insight
- Excellent PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets skills; experience with Tableau and Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, executive-level materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive outcomes across cross-functional stakeholders
- High degree of ownership, judgment, and attention to detail.
Nice To Have:
- Experience supporting go-to-market, growth strategy, sales operations, or transformation initiatives in a technology company
- Comfort working directly with senior leaders on high-visibility business priorities
- Track record of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

- Job Type: Contract
- Pay Range: $60 - $70 an hour.
- Location: New York (Onsite).
