At Fields Data Recovery, we help businesses and individuals recover critical data from failed hard drives, SSDs, RAID systems, flash media, and other devices. When backup solutions are unavailable or unsuccessful, clients come to us during some of the most stressful moments they may face with their data.
As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will work directly with inbound leads and guide clients through the data recovery process from initial enquiry through sale. This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role that requires confidence, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust quickly. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish is essential in this role.
You do not need prior data recovery experience. We will train you on our services, process, and expectations. You do need to be comfortable speaking with a wide range of clients, learning technical concepts, handling objections, and managing a high volume of opportunities effectively in both English and Spanish.
What we are looking for:
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Sales experience, especially phone sales or closing experience, is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through high-stress situations
- Coachable, accountable, and open to real-time feedback
- Organized and able to manage multiple active opportunities at once
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Desire to learn a highly specialized service and become an expert over time
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Manage inbound leads throughout the full sales cycle
- Handle an average of 4-8 new opportunities per day while maintaining follow-up on existing cases
- Communicate clearly and professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking clients
- Explain our services clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical clients
- Use strong sales judgment, objection handling, and communication skills to maximize revenue
- Stay organized and responsive while working a high volume of active cases
- Accept coaching, participate in call reviews, and continually improve performance
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Training will take place Monday through Friday during our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. Scheduled hours may be adjusted based on company needs.
Compensation:
Base salary: $40,000 per year
Uncapped bonus structure
Target earnings: $80,000+
High performers can earn into the six figures
Top performer on pace to earn approximately $120,000-$140,000 this year
Training:
Our services are highly specialized, and successful Account Managers must become comfortable explaining technical concepts to clients with varying levels of knowledge and urgency. Training is provided by management and team members and is designed to help you succeed in both the technical and sales aspects of the role.
