What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of the automotive finance process from contract to funding
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products using a professional menu-selling process
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff
- Secure approvals and funding from multiple finance sources
- Ensure accuracy and compliance for all contracts, title work, taxes, and lender documentation
- Partner closely with the sales department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain lender portfolio performance and compliance standards
- Deliver a transparent, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive F&I experience preferred
- Proven track record of performance and profitability
- Dealertrack proficiency preferred but not required
- Strong communication and closing skills
- High attention to detail and compliance
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required
