About the Role
We are a fast-growing beauty, wellness, and aesthetics brand and we are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant who thrives in a startup environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves. This is not a siloed role, you will be working side by side with our Social Media & Marketing Manager, moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and making a real impact on how our brand shows up and scales online.

What You’ll Do
Social Media
- Work hand-in-hand with our Social Media & Marketing Manager to execute content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Help build and maintain content calendars that keep up with our fast-moving brand and campaign schedule
- Jump in on content shoots, capture behind-the-scenes footage, and assist with short-form video creation and editing
- Engage with our community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions with a voice that feels authentic and on-brand
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity so we’re always one step ahead
Website Maintenance
- Keep our website fresh and accurate, updating copy, images, and service/product listings on a rolling basis
- Flag issues quickly and work with the team to resolve them without letting things slip through the cracks
- Support SEO-informed content updates to ensure we’re showing up where it matters
Paid Media Support
- Assist our Marketing Manager in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Pull performance reports and surface insights that help the team make smart, fast decisions
- Support creative testing and keep ad assets organized and ready to deploy
Who You Are
- You have 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally supporting a brand that was scaling quickly
- You’ve worked in or are drawn to startup or high-growth environments; you know how to move fast without sacrificing quality
- You’re a natural collaborator who can take direction from a manager and also bring your own ideas to the table
- You’re proficient across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; both organic and paid
- You have hands-on experience with a website CMS (Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, or similar)
- You write well, understand brand voice, and can adapt your tone for different platforms and audiences
- You’re organized, proactive, and don’t wait to be told twice, you anticipate needs and follow through
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness is a strong plus
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads Manager experience is a bonus
Position Details
- Type: Part-Time (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Schedule: Flexible, with availability needed for content shoots and team syncs
- Location: Hybrid, remote with regular on-site presence required
- Compensation: $3000-3800.00
