The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Associate, Paid Social, you’ll help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through high-impact paid social campaigns across DraftKings’ applications. You’ll work at the intersection of media strategy, creative execution, and performance optimization, bringing campaigns to life that reach millions of sports and gaming fans. As part of the Growth Marketing Team, you’ll collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Product, and external partners to deliver measurable business results while helping shape the future of our paid social programs. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute media buying and paid social media strategies across digital platforms to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns, leveraging audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and budget allocation to maximize performance.
- Identify and execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign structure to uncover insights and improve results.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to develop innovative ad concepts and deliver engaging campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate actionable insights, recommendations, and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Analytics Team to evaluate performance trends, measure incremental impact, and inform future campaign strategies.
- Manage the creative workflow and asset delivery process for key acquisition and retention initiatives across paid social channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, platform representatives, and advertising partners to stay informed on emerging opportunities and best practices.
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, media buying, paid social advertising, or a related field.
- Experience managing or supporting campaigns within paid social advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of digital media optimization principles, including A/B testing, audience targeting, campaign measurement, and bidding strategies.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A passion for sports and gaming is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 58,400.00 USD - 73,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
