Account Executive to help expand our presence in local communities and build strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing business relationships, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients and referral partners
- Conduct outreach within local communities and business networks
- Meet with clients to discuss mortgage financing options
- Generate new business opportunities and referrals
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Attend networking events, community events, and business meetings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in English required
- Bengali language skills strongly preferred
- Resident of Queens or Brooklyn, NY
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, mortgage, insurance, or financial services
- Experience working within the Bengali-speaking community
- Existing network of community or business contacts is a plus
