RevBind is an AI-powered SMS sales automation and lead marketplace built specifically for insurance agencies. We help agency owners stop chasing dead leads and start closing through intelligent conversation, automated follow-up, and a live lead marketplace. We're backed by venture capital and built by a founding team with 20+ years in insurance distribution. We're looking for a driven SDR to get RevBind in front of every P&C, Life, and Health agency owner in the country. You prospect and qualify. Our founders take the meetings and close the deals.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify insurance agency owners through cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach using tools we've already built (Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
- Book qualified discovery calls for our founders — you open the door, we close the deal
- Track outreach activity and pipeline daily in the company CRM
- Engage warm inbound leads from our waitlist, LinkedIn ads, and referral pipeline
- Share real prospect feedback to sharpen our messaging and product roadmap
Who you are
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience — you know what a quota is and you've hit it in the past
- Comfortable on the phone, you don't flinch at a cold call and you can hold a real conversation
- Self-directed and accountable, nobody is going to micromanage your day
- Genuinely curious about insurance, fintech, or sales technology
- Bonus: background in insurance, SaaS, or selling to small business owners
What we offer
- $40,000–$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE $65,000–$85,000 year 1)
