Adecco Creative is partnering with a luxury fashion brand to recruit for a Communications Team Coordinator role. This position will be ongoing contract and hybrid in Midtown Manhattan. Minimum one year of experience is a must.
Job Title: Communications Team Coordinator
The Communications Team Coordinator will collaborate with the global PR team to support press and influencer initiatives that contribute to brand awareness and visibility, including media and influencer relations, gifting initiatives, VIP partnerships, maintaining press records and department databases, and organizing PR, influencer and social toolkits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support all communications initiatives across brand campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and key brand moments.
• Support VIP dressing and editorial relations, serving as the primary point of contact for media, stylist, and talent requests, including high-res image requests and end-to-end sample trafficking (loans, shipments, placements, and returns).
• Oversee seasonal sample ordering and maintain PR sample inventory, including tracking availability, allocations, and shipments for media, influencer, and VIP needs.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of PR events, including building guest lists, coordinating logistics, and organizing event assets.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of press materials, including lookbooks, product decks, and pitching collateral.
• Track and monitor press and influencer coverage daily, ensuring accuracy and timely sharing with internal stakeholders.
• Support global reporting needs for Press and VIP (weekly recaps, quarterly reports, etc.), including compiling coverage and maintaining tracking documents.
• Manage administrative tasks including invoicing, purchase orders, and helping to maintain finance trackers.
• Maintain organized records of VIP placements and archives, ensuring all folders and assets are up to date.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cultural drivers influencing Gen Z audience.
• Strong understanding of the fashion/retail landscape and emerging trends.
• Experience managing sample trafficking and product logistics.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LaunchMetrics and Traackr a plus.
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a desire to grow.
