OverviewAbout the role
In this Field Marketing Manager role, you’ll work on a small, close-knit marketing team responsible for executing DX’s most visible and impactful events, from executive roundtables and workshops to our annual conference, DX Annual. You’ll partner closely with sales, customer, product, and marketing teams to drive attendance, deliver strong attendee experiences, and support clear business outcomes.
In addition to owned DX programs, you’ll help support DX’s presence at external industry conferences and sponsored events, ensuring we show up thoughtfully and in a way that aligns with active pipeline and customer priorities.
Success requires a high bar for quality, strong ownership, and comfort working with limited process, quick turnaround times, and moving forward with ambiguity. You’ll be expected to stay highly accessible, build trust across teams, and take full responsibility for how DX events show up in the market.
This role is expected to be in the office four days a week, with an optional work-from-home day on Thursdays, and may require travel as often as once per month. DX’s office is located in downtown Salt Lake City, and we provide parking passes for all in-office employees.
