Job Overview – Compliance Analyst – JO#34310
We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support a global Ethics & Integrity team responsible for managing confidential reporting programs, compliance initiatives, and business integrity processes. This role will play a key part in reviewing and managing case submissions, supporting compliance reporting, conducting trend analyses, and assisting with ongoing ethics and integrity projects.

- Support the day-to-day administration of a confidential reporting and case management system.
- Review and assess reports submitted through the organization's reporting program and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
- Conduct trend analyses and reporting to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Assist with ethics, compliance, and integrity-related initiatives, projects, and awareness campaigns.
- Support the development and distribution of integrity insights, lessons learned, and targeted communications.
- Provide technology and systems administration support, including user access updates and system maintenance.
- Monitor and support compliance training assignments, eLearning completion, and annual certification programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance processes are operating effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while handling confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Compliance, Risk Management, Auditing, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance, ethics, employee relations, auditing, investigations, risk management, HR, finance, or legal environments preferred.
- Prior experience with case management, investigations, employee relations, whistleblower programs, auditing, or risk assessments is a plus.
- Understanding of business controls, compliance programs, and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
