Duties

- Support the sales team with inventory management, retail math calculations, and organizational tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and professionalism during all interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or retail sales roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, high-end automobile or dealership environments preferred.
- Skilled in negotiation, deal closing, and upselling techniques that maximize revenue opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a comprehensive sales pipeline using CRM software tools.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory control, retail math, and detailed record keeping accurately.
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Experience with outbound cold calling campaigns and developing strategic marketing initiatives is advantageous.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes, inventory management systems, and dealership operations will be considered a plus.
