Position Type:
- Direct Hire
- Hybrid - approximately 2 days onsite per week
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Approximately 5 - 10 years of professional experience preferred, although more experienced candidates will also be considered.
- Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, corporate strategy, or business operations strongly preferred.
- Experience within the energy sector, utilities, infrastructure, industrial, or large complex organizations is beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change within complex environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, build structured approaches, and communicate change effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Executive presence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build credibility and productive working relationships across leadership teams.
- Comfortable operating in environments where not every improvement initiative is straightforward, highly visible, or immediately embraced.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent improvement projects, ranging from short-term initiatives to multi-month transformational efforts.
- Assess existing business processes, workflows, governance structures, and cross-functional operating models to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, clarity, and organizational maturity.
- Translate complex, abstract organizational themes into actionable plans, clear frameworks, and implementable improvements.
- Analyze end-to-end processes, handoffs, decision points, and stakeholder interactions to design more effective and streamlined ways of working.
- Facilitate management-of-change initiatives, governance meetings, and strategic operating forums, including agenda preparation, documentation, action tracking, and implementation planning.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and functional teams to build alignment, drive adoption, and bring stakeholders through organizational change.
- Influence and support change across a broad range of business areas, recognizing that some initiatives may require sustained effort, persistence, and change management to achieve successful outcomes.
- Develop recommendations that balance strategic thinking with practical implementation realities.
