You'll turn real intent into real pipeline, with senior buyer access and the autonomy most BDRs wait years to get.
Legal tech is one of the hottest categories right now. In-house legal teams are under pressure to control outside counsel spend, run tighter operations, and prove ROI. The product you'll sell sits right in the middle of that reality.
This is a promotion backfill. You'll join a small SDR team split across the US and Dublin, sitting inside Marketing at the intersection of demand gen and pipeline creation. Outbound is being rebuilt on purpose with value-first messaging, backed by AI and sales intelligence and you'll be part of building it right.

What your days will look like:
- Follow up on warm marketing signals from webinars, content, and events to convert interest into qualified discovery meetings
- Prospect into North American enterprise accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalised video
- Research accounts, buying committees, and intent signals using Clay, Gong, Claude, and other AI tools
- Write specific, human outreach tailored for senior legal personas who won't tolerate generic messaging
- Build fluency in Legal Ops priorities: outside counsel spend, budgeting cycles, and how tech buying decisions get made
- Own pipeline metrics in Salesforce: follow-up speed, conversion rates, meetings booked, pipeline contribution
- Partner with your SDR Manager and Marketing to sharpen sequencing, event follow-up, and messaging
- Test and iterate on subject lines, call openers, LinkedIn sequences, and cadences based on real data
What you need:
- 1-2 years of B2B SDR or outbound prospecting experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proof you can convert marketing-sourced engagement into booked meetings
- Comfort multi-threading into upper mid-market and enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders
- Confidence on the phone as part of a multi-touch process
- Real, hands-on use of AI for research, personalisation, and outreach quality not surface-level familiarity
- Ability to commute to NYC 3 days per week
