Position Overview
G&G Outfitters’ Licensed Sports Group is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to support Account Executives in delivering branded merchandise programs for professional leagues, teams, and sponsors. This role provides hands-on experience in product ideation, vendor coordination, and client support, offering a strong foundation for growth into Account Management.
The Account Coordinator will help ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with G&G’s commitment to delivering a Perfect Client Experience (PCE). This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in building and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver a Perfect Client Experience (PCE).
- Coordinate project execution from concept through delivery, helping identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and data management to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Partner with vendors to source products and support creative product ideation for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including design, sourcing, production, and logistics—to ensure program success.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to client programs, products, and vendors.
- Learn internal systems, processes, and client needs to prepare for future advancement into Account Management.

Technical Skills
- Required: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Preferred: NetSuite, Ariba, Coupa, EDI systems (training provided if needed)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, order management, or account coordination (internships or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with vendor management, compliance, or promotional products a plus.
