Role Description This is a 1099 contract, remote sales position with Morgan Golf Management. The Sales Contractor will identify and qualify prospective golf facilities, driving new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building with owners, operators, and key decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting via phone, email, social media, and industry events
The role also includes preparing proposals, coordinating virtual presentations or demos, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure prospects receive accurate, timely information. This position is performance-driven and best suited for a self-directed professional comfortable working independently on a high commission based structure.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business in B2B or service-based environments.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems and basic proficiency with remote communication tools (video conferencing, email, shared documents).
- Background in golf, hospitality, sports management, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain value propositions clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-based 1099 contractor role.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, or industry events, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
