We've scaled to $8M+ ARR with fewer than 10 team members, are growing rapidly, and are backed by some of the most respected names in technology—including Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn founder), who is both an investor and board member.
We're looking for a highly driven operator to work directly alongside the founders and help build the next phase of growth.
Compensation
💰 $130,000–$190,000 base salary
📈 Meaningful equity upside
What You'll Do
🔹 Build and optimize internal systems and processes (CRM workflows, campaign operations, bug reporting pipelines)
🔹 Own critical business operations, including payroll, contracts, onboarding, legal/tax coordination, and vendor management
🔹 Lead recruiting and people operations—from candidate sourcing and screening to managing the hiring process
🔹 Work directly with clients (including leading AI companies like Cursor) to support campaign performance and account health
🔹 Create scalable playbooks and operational infrastructure that dramatically increase the founders' leverage and output
What We're Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategy, operations, chief of staff roles, or working directly with startup leadership
✅ Strong track record of ownership and execution
✅ Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✅ Client-facing confidence and professionalism
✅ Someone who thrives in ambiguity and figures things out without waiting for direction
