Simulation Analysis Engineer to help validate high-fidelity simulations, analyze system performance, and ensure models accurately reflect real-world behavior.

The Opportunity
As a Simulation Analysis Engineer, you'll be responsible for evaluating and validating integrated system simulations against analytical models, experimental data, and test results. You'll develop tools that automate analysis workflows, generate reports, visualize performance trends, and help engineering teams make informed design decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Run simulation campaigns to evaluate system and subsystem performance
- Analyze simulation outputs and compare results against analytical and experimental data
- Develop automated workflows for large-scale simulation processing
- Create visualization tools and dashboards to communicate technical results
- Generate charts, reports, and engineering summaries from simulation data
- Design and execute simulation-based experiments
- Collaborate with systems, software, autonomy, and test engineering teams
- Define test plans and validation strategies alongside test engineers
- Identify performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities for system improvement
- Present findings and technical recommendations to engineering teams and stakeholders
- Support model validation and verification efforts throughout the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with C++ development
- Experience creating reusable, maintainable software tools
- Data visualization experience using tools such as:
- Matplotlib
- Plotly
- Pandas
- Similar analytics frameworks
- Understanding of physical systems and engineering models, such as:
- Vehicle dynamics
- Thermal systems
- Power systems
- Communications systems
- Sensor and camera systems
- Strong understanding of statistics and engineering data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience designing and executing simulation experiments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. Person status required
