Job Title: Junior Social Media Coordinator (Entry-Level, Growth Track)
Role Purpose: To execute high-quality, high-volume organic social content that builds brand awareness, drives reach, and generates leads for Sexton & Co and its clients.
Reports To: Senior Social Media Coordinator and CEO
Location: On-site in Lithia, FL
Status: Full-time, W2
Core Responsibilities: - Create and publish 15 organic social media posts per day across platforms (IG, FB, others) - Post daily stories for each assigned client and Sexton & Co - Maintain a 14-day pipeline of ready-to-publish content for all assigned accounts - Track performance metrics and submit weekly performance reports - Support the Senior Social Media Coordinator with scheduling, planning, and creative execution - Attend all onboarding, training, and planning meetings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - 15+ organic posts published per day - Stories posted daily on all assigned accounts - 10K–15K+ daily reach across client and brand platforms - 100% of assigned content completed and ready 7+ days in advance - 95% of tasks completed and delivered on time
Skills & Tools Required: - 6–18 months of social content experience (internships count) - Proficiency in Canva and caption writing - Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio (or willingness to learn fast) - Strong communication and time management skills - Interest in and knowledge of high-performance, action-driven brands (automotive/marine/powersports)

Level & Compensation Band: - Title: Junior Social Media Coordinator - Status: Entry-Level - Annual Rate: $30,000 - $32,000 Bonus: Eligible for performance bonuses after 30 days
