We are hiring at two levels that work the same territory as a team. Sales Development Reps (SDR) finds leads and set appointments.
Seasoned Account Managers close and grow those accounts, with multiple SDRs feeding them opportunities. Whether you are just starting out or already closing B2B deals, there is a seat and a path for you here at DiMAX.
Sales Development Representative (entry level, your career on-ramp)
This is where a career in technology sales begins. You will:
- Work your assigned territory, visiting businesses and starting conversations
- Develop leads and set qualified appointments for your Account Manager
- Follow up by phone and email, and log your activity in our CRM
- Learn a proven sales process from the ground up
You are a great fit if you bring:
- Drive, grit, and a real competitive streak
- A natural way with people, and you are coachable
- A valid driver's license. No sales experience required, we train you
Account Manager (senior level, where you grow to)
You own the territory and the relationships, backed by a team of SDRs feeding you leads. You will:
- Run appointments, close business, and grow long-term recurring revenue
- Manage and develop accounts across your protected territory
- Partner with your SDRs to keep the pipeline full
- Learn a process that generates multiple seven figures a year
You are a great fit if you bring:
- 3 or more years in outside sales, ideally B2B
- Background in office technology, print, managed IT, telecom and VoIP, security and access control, or water systems is a strong plus
- A hunter's mindset: you follow a process, follow up, and play the long game
Pay Program Range
- $50,000 to $150,000 a year, based on role and performance
- A real base plus uncapped commission, manufacturer spiffs, and bonuses
