As we aggressively expand our proprietary and client product lines across online marketplaces, we are seeking a dedicated digital commerce professional to lead our marketplace growth strategy.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and hands-on Amazon Account Manager with 3–5 years of dedicated Amazon marketplace experience to lead our brand launches and growth. In this role, you will own the full end-to-end lifecycle of bringing new accounts live—from initial setup, brand registry, and compliance to active inventory management, advertising strategy, and revenue optimization.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling brands in highly regulated, high-barrier categories, specifically Health Supplements, Cosmetics/Makeup, Food, or Pharmaceuticals. You will be directly responsible for navigating Amazon’s compliance landscapes (gating, FDA documentation, NSF certifications) while executing growth strategies to scale our portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Account Launch & Management
- Go-Live Execution: Own the complete process of bringing new Amazon accounts and product lines live from scratch (Seller Central/Vendor Central setup, listing creation, and category gating approvals).
- Compliance & Gating Mastery: Seamlessly navigate Amazon’s strict compliance protocols for restricted and sensitive categories (Health & Household, Topical/Cosmetics, Grocery). Submit documentation for compliance, organic claims, and FDA labeling regulations.
- Brand Protection: Set up and manage Amazon Brand Registry, monitor for unauthorized resellers, handle IP infringement claims, and ensure absolute brand integrity.
Growth, Optimization & Marketing
- Listing Excellence: Optimize titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product descriptions for maximum SEO value. Coordinate high-converting A+ Content and Brand Stores.
- PPC & Advertising: Design, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to achieve aggressive TACoS and ROAS targets.
- Review Strategy: Deploy compliant strategies to build early product reviews and maintain strong account health ratings.
Operations & Inventory
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage FBA/FBM inventory health, creation of shipping plans, and forecasting to prevent stockouts or excessive storage fees.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon Seller Support, aggressively resolving listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and account health warnings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts.
- Industry Expertise: Must have deep Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience managing and scaling Food, Pharmaceutical, Makeup, or Health Supplement brands on Amazon.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA compliance standards, supplement fact panels, and Amazon's specific gating requirements for ingestibles and topicals.
- Proven Track Record: Ability to provide successful case studies or real-world examples of accounts/products personally launched and scaled.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Amazon analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar) and advanced Excel skills to pull actionable data from business reports.
Preferred / Plus Qualifications
- Industry Preference: Deep, specific experience within the Health Supplement space is highly preferred.
- Multi-Channel Awareness: Familiarity with driving external traffic via social commerce platforms—specifically TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop—is a major plus.
