Position Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Journeyman Electrician ready to take the next step as a Lead Foreman. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can manage crews, run complex electrical projects, and ensure safety, quality, and code compliance on every site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and clients
- Plan, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems for residential and commercial projects
- Ensure compliance with NEC, state, and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized work environments
- Train and mentor team members
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- OSHA 10 or higher certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation and service
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
