Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to grow utilization and awareness of our regional air ambulance program. This role is responsible for assisting with development and execution strategies that increase referrals, secure contracts, build strong partnerships with hospitals and EMS agencies, and elevate the program’s reputation across the region. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development skills with creative marketing ability and a genuine understanding of emergency healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
· Identify, pursue, new contacts and partnerships with hospitals, trauma centers, health systems, EMS agencies, and other referring entities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (ED leadership, trauma program leadership, EMS chiefs, case manager leadership, etc.).
· Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and educational sessions on the clinical capabilities and appropriate use of air medical transport.
· Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective accounts and track progress toward growth targets.
· Participate in the negotiation of service agreements and participate in RFP responses when required.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
· Assist with development and execute an annual marketing and communications plan aligned with organizational growth goals.
· Assist with content creation for the website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and educational materials.
· Plan and execute community outreach events, health fairs, and participation in regional EMS and healthcare conferences.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to identify new opportunities.
Other Duties
· Work closely with operations, clinical, and finance teams to align business development efforts with operational capacity.
· Represent the program at industry events and association meetings.
Qualifications
Required
o 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare or B2B preferred).
o Proven track record of building partnerships and driving measurable growth.
o Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
o Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and referral patterns.
o Ability and willingness to travel regionally (often 40–60% of the time).
o Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
· Experience in air medical transport, EMS, or critical care transport.
· Background working with hospitals or emergency medical services.
· Knowledge of CAMTS and NAAMTA accreditation standards and/or air medical regulations.
· Experience with healthcare marketing compliance (especially regarding patient referrals and anti-kickback considerations).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
