Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Cairo. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content to support marketing, corporate communications, and product documentation for MCV’s diverse range of commercial vehicles. Daily tasks include researching industry topics, drafting and editing written materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, internal communications, and press releases, and tailoring content to different audiences and markets. The Writer will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that technical information is translated into accessible and compelling messaging. The role also involves maintaining consistent brand voice and style, meeting deadlines, and contributing to content planning for campaigns and corporate initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for different channels and audiences.
Ability to research technical and industry topics and translate complex information into accessible, reader-friendly language.
Experience creating marketing and corporate communication materials (e.g., brochures, website copy, social media content, newsletters, press releases).
Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, style, and format, with strong proofreading skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic content or document management tools; experience with digital or web publishing is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector is a plus, as well as interest in commercial vehicles and transport solutions.
Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
