The Keller Group is supporting a confidential, privately held Arizona organization that is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple operational divisions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at candidate vetting and relationship-building, and can help strengthen recruiting processes during a significant growth phase.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with clear potential for future leadership growth as the recruiting function continues to expand.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (primarily onsite). Candidates must be based in the Greater Phoenix area. Occasional travel to other Arizona locations may be required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for operational, warehouse, delivery, sales, and support roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and vetting to reduce no-shows and early-stage turnover
- Manage evergreen requisitions and maintain consistent candidate pipelines
- Build credibility and strong relationships with leaders across operations, sales, and support functions
- Identify and implement recruiting process improvements to increase efficiency and hiring effectiveness
- Utilize recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems to support hiring operations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Act as a trusted recruiting partner who brings sound judgment and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience recruiting in high-volume environments such as distribution, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thoroughly assess candidates and make quality hiring recommendations
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and business leaders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; ADP experience is a plus
- Process improvement mindset with ability to identify efficiencies and enhance recruiting workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
