The Position
As a Customer Service Representative / Account Coordinator, you'll play a central role in supporting our customers and ensuring projects move smoothly from order entry through production and final delivery.
This is not a high-volume call center position.
You won't be reading scripts or judged by how many calls you answer. Instead, you'll work directly with customers and internal teams to coordinate projects, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from entry through shipment.
- Coordinate production schedules and delivery requirements.
- Communicate order status, timelines, and project updates.
- Partner with production, purchasing, quality, scheduling, and shipping teams.
- Resolve issues proactively and prevent delays whenever possible.
- Support customer projects from initial order through successful delivery.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
We're seeking someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in getting the details right.
Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:
- Manufacturing customer service
- Account coordination or account management support
- Order management
- Packaging or printing
- Distribution or logistics
- Healthcare or medical device industries
- Industrial products
- Inside sales support
- Business-to-business customer support
Successful candidates are typically organized, dependable, proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication.
