Videographer / Content Creator & Marketing Specialist
Full-Time, Part-time, Contracted | AB Suppressor
AB Suppressor is looking for someone who lives and breathes content creation. If you're the kind of person who sees a slow-motion mag dump and immediately starts thinking about camera angles, or you find yourself critiquing company social media while you're scrolling, we want to talk to you.
We're not looking for someone to simply hold a camera. We're looking for someone who can tell stories that connect with shooters, hunters, dealers, and enthusiasts while helping grow one of the fastest-growing suppressor companies in the industry.
You'll have the opportunity to work with new products before they're released, travel to industry events, spend time on the range, and create content that reaches hundreds of thousands of firearm enthusiasts.
What We're Looking For
- Not negotiable: HAVE to be passionate about firearms and the Second Amendment.
- Self-motivated.

- Comfortable getting dirty, hiking, shooting, traveling, and working outdoors.
- Experience filming and editing professional-quality videos.
- Strong photography skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience with Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ability to operate DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to every project.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Must have experience in the firearms, hunting, outdoor, or tactical industry.
- Pays attention to the small details that separate average content from great content.
- Always looking for the next great shot.
What You'll Do
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Capture product launches, testing, range days, behind-the-scenes manufacturing, and company events.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and long-form videos.
- Photograph products for catalogs, websites, and social media.
- Plan shoots from concept to completion, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar.
- Help develop creative marketing campaigns that stand out in the firearms industry.
- Travel to trade shows, dealer events, range days, hunts, and industry events as needed.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and production to showcase new products and innovations.
- Stay current on social media trends while keeping content authentic to the firearms community.
- Assist with website updates, email marketing, and other promotional projects when needed. Firearms brands often rely heavily on owned media and content because advertising options on major platforms can be restricted. ()
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the firearms, hunting, outdoor, or tactical industry.
- Competitive shooting, hunting, military, or law enforcement background.
- FAA Part 107 Drone License.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- YouTube channel or content portfolio.
- Experience running paid or organic social media campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO and YouTube analytics.
- Familiarity with current trends in firearms content and digital storytelling. Leading firearms brands increasingly seek creators who can combine production, storytelling, and marketing into a single role.
