ABOUT THE ROLE
Mark Foods is the leading curator of premium, responsibly sourced seafood. With relationships built on decades of respect for the ocean, its fishing communities, and our supplier partners, Mark Foods pairs passion with precision to deliver classic catches and fresh finds for all.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive the day-to-day execution of our marketing function. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the center of the channels and touchpoints that tell the story of our products. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee projects across the business and our various brands, including packaging, website, email, social media, sales collateral, and trade shows. You will work closely with sales, QA, company leadership, and outside freelancers to move projects from concept to completion.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on ownership, juggles multiple projects with ease, and keeps the customer and the brand front of mind. As a key partner to the sales team, you will help ensure the team has\ the materials and messaging they need to represent Mark Foods professionally and effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Coordination & Management
• Own and manage marketing projects end-to-end — tracking requests, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate freelancers, designers, and outside vendors, managing briefs, timelines, revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for the sales team and internal stakeholders, keeping projects moving and communicating status clearly.
• Asset Organization: Help manage digital asset libraries to ensure all content is organized and accessible.
Packaging & Product Materials
• Coordinate packaging projects across sales, QA, design, and vendors — from initial request through final production files.
• Develop packaging and product copy, and compile compliance and product information (net weight, certifications, UPC, nutrition, allergens, etc.).
• Manage freelance creatives to create sell sheets and other sales collateral to support customer conversations, launches, and trade shows.
Email, Social & Website
• Build, schedule, and analyze customer email campaigns, developing copy and assets aligned to our customers’ needs.
• Manage social media content and captions across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a focus on growing our presence and telling our story.
• Maintain and update website content, product pages, and imagery, coordinating with development support as needed.
Trade Shows, Events & Brand
• Support trade shows and events by coordinating materials, signage, giveaways, and shipping, and maintaining event inventory.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels.
