Equity Analyst (Entry-Level)

We’re hiring on behalf of a global financial institution for an Equity Analyst (Entry-Level) to support their Equity Derivatives team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and an interest in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps capital markets running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll help ensure that complex trades are accurately affirmed and documented by coordinating across teams like sales, trading, and legal, while also working directly with institutional clients. You’ll play a key role in reducing risk and supporting a high-volume trading environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and affirming trade economics to help ensure both sides are aligned on key terms
- Tracking the lifecycle of derivative trades to ensure timely confirmation and issue resolution
- Partnering with internal teams and clients to manage documentation and clarify trade details
- Escalating unresolved items to leadership and working with stakeholders to reduce risk
- Identifying areas for process improvement and supporting efficiency initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required (finance, economics, or related field preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities
