The Opportunity
OPTYO is seeking a driven Marketing Associate responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compelling marketing campaigns to promote our client’s products. As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to devise and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, driving product purchases, and ultimately increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with small to mid-sized paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to craft and deliver engaging presentations during client meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients whose campaigns you oversee.
- Analyze performance data, offering insightful analysis, interpretation, and data-driven action plans across all campaign types.
- Manage client budgets and provide recommendations for budget adjustments, both within paid accounts and across channels, based on overall client ROI.
- Contribute to defining client benchmarks and implement optimizations to achieve client KPIs efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with the internal agency team regarding client objectives, feedback, and workflow scheduling.
- Improve upon paid media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniques.
- Create graphics for paid social campaigns utilizing tools such as Canva or Adobe.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of paid marketing experience; agency background is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, including campaign adjustments, keyword targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Ability to write clear, brand-aligned copy and interpret key performance metrics
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with exceptional note-taking skills.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and a strong commitment to paid media and client success.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for knowledge and personal development.
- Hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
