Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketplace & Channel Growth Manager to lead the growth of our digital sales channels and marketplace business.
This position will be responsible for managing and scaling Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Faire, RangeMe, and future marketplace opportunities while driving profitable revenue growth through advertising optimization, marketplace expansion, customer retention, and data-driven decision making.
This role reports directly to the CEO and offers significant opportunities for growth, leadership development, and long-term career advancement.

Advertising & Growth
Plan, execute, and optimize:
- Amazon PPC
- Walmart Connect
- TikTok Shop Ads
- Marketplace promotional campaigns
Monitor and improve:
- ROAS
- TACoS
- ACoS
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Develop and execute growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability.
Data & Analytics
Analyze marketplace performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Track:
- Revenue performance
- Advertising efficiency
- Organic keyword rankings
- Competitor activity
- Product opportunities
- Marketplace trends
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Customer Retention
Manage and improve:
- Subscribe & Save
- Promotions
- Bundles

Marketplace Expansion
Identify and launch new opportunities including:

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
- Experience managing marketplace advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

- Proven track record of increasing marketplace revenue and profitability
- Experience launching successful new products
- Experience managing Subscribe & Save programs
- Experience managing PPC budgets exceeding $5,000/month
- Strong understanding of Amazon ranking algorithms and marketplace SEO
- Experience with Walmart Connect advertising
- Experience with affiliate and creator commerce programs
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and workflow automation tools
- Experience with inventory forecasting and supply planning
- Experience creating and optimizing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores
- Experience analyzing TACoS, ACoS, contribution margin, and profitability metrics
- Startup or high-growth consumer brand experience
