We currently sell Maple Pop! and QuinoWow! in more than 1,500 retail locations nationwide, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Erewhon, Gelson's Markets, HomeGoods, and other leading retailers.
We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help build one of the most exciting emerging snack brands in the natural foods industry.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a startup environment. You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to execute marketing initiatives, support retail growth, coordinate influencer partnerships, and assist with e-commerce and operational projects.
This position requires approximately **20–30 hours per week** and at least **2 days per week working in person** at our Los Angeles office or production facility.
For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a **full-time position after the first 3 months** based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Growth
* Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Develop content calendars and marketing campaigns
* Coordinate influencer outreach, gifting programs, and partnership opportunities
* Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
* Coordinate content creation, photography, and creative projects
* Support retail launches, promotions, demos, and trade shows
* Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs
* Assist with PR outreach and brand-building initiatives
E-Commerce & Operations Support
* Assist with Shopify and Amazon marketing initiatives
* Support e-commerce fulfillment and customer experience projects
* Coordinate sample shipments, influencer mailers, and marketing inventory
* Assist with operational projects and administrative tasks as needed
* Support cross-functional initiatives across sales, operations, and marketing
* Help maintain organization and execution across multiple company priorities
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, brand management, or related fields
* Experience with consumer brands, food & beverage, wellness, or CPG companies preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and project management abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
* Proficiency with Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
* Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple areas of the business
