About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role of account management and outbound sales, you'll manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively pursuing new opportunities. You'll help clients succeed while driving our growth through lead generation and relationship building.

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of existing vendor accounts, helping clients succeed while driving revenue growth through lead cap expansion, cross-selling, and pricing strategy.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of vendor accounts, targeting 20% YoY revenue growth through:Monthly lead cap expansion
- Cross-selling into new lead categories
- Increasing bids and pricing strategies
- Monitor lead activity and metrics daily to ensure efficient and maximum lead distribution amongst customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each customer's solution and unique selling points to ensure they are matched with the best leads, and use this knowledge to identify opportunities to offer leads in new categories.
- Onboard new customers post-sale, presenting best practices to succeed with leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, delivering an exceptional experience and building long-term relationships.
- Conduct quarterly and semi-annual business review calls with customers to discuss conversion rate, drive results, proactively address challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize lead quality and vendor fit, ensuring alignment between lead quality and customer expectations. Gather and relay actionable customer feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (B2B or SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to cold call and prospect effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a startup environment
