Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Representative will promote Ethiopian Airlines’ passenger and cargo services, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners, and actively seek new business opportunities in the local market. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales visits and presentations, negotiating fares and contracts within company guidelines, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing and promotions, supporting marketing campaigns, resolving customer inquiries related to sales, and ensuring that revenue and sales targets are consistently met.

- Relevant experience in airline, travel, hospitality, or logistics sales is highly beneficial, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM or sales management tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work legally in the United States and to travel locally for client visits, events, and industry meetings as needed.
