Monday Night Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery based out of Atlanta, with a distribution footprint across Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and Tennessee. We currently operate two taprooms in Atlanta, GA, a taproom in Charlotte, a brewpub in Birmingham, AL and a taproom in Knoxville and Nashville, TN. Monday Night Brewing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our tight knit, growing team. Reports to:
High-Level Goals:
- Increase taproom sales by promoting taproom events and products through various methods such as taproom signage, meta ads, digital marketing, and working with social media managers.
- Create meaningful and lasting partnerships, taproom events, and influencers programs.
- Support taproom teams by providing marketing and product educational materials in a timely manner.
- Overall successful support to marketing team, internal clients and customers via project management, design and social media execution
- Increase brand awareness and education amongst taproom staff and followers by offering proper beer education, launching events, and taproom displays.
Responsibilities:
- Support social media contractor by proofing copy and offering specific taproom nuances in a timely manner
- Attend weekly calls with management and social media management on upcoming social media posts, content needed, etc.
- Provide graphics support/versioning on light design projects (retail execution, taproom signage, sales collateral, taproom beer descriptions database, etc.) using Canva and other design software
- Create POS items for the sales team, including but not limited to: glassware, koozies, stickers, tin tackers, etc.
- Maintain ongoing influencers programs and support local community outreach/partnerships, taproom events, etc.
- Work with General Managers, Senior Graphic Designer, and Social Media Manager to coordinate taproom events, influencer events, and PR events.
- Provide project management and asset support for any PR team contracts, and digital advertising programs.
- Develop quarterly outlets for beer education for taproom staff
- Establish, organize and maintain Marketing shared asset library.
- Complete weekly routine answering all customer reviews (including but not limited to: Google, Yelp, etc)
- Occasionally assist Social Media Contractor with social responses on abnormally busy events
- Social listening, competitive tracking, plus monitor Reddit, Uptappd and other consumer forums
- Track submissions and offer support for internal and external approvals
- Develop merchandise programs by securing vendors, working with General Managers on re-orders, and offering ideas of seasonal and larger runs.
- Content source and suggest new merch and clothing items and accessories
- Provide marketing support for revenue-driving events like Anniversary Party, Movie Screening Series, Carve, Winter Wonderland, Gluten-Freedom Fest, Shamrock, Tacoween, Weekly Programming etc.
- Ensure updated menu accuracy and currency across all six taprooms.
- Support of sponsorship executions including Peachtree Road Race, Chomp n Stomp, etc.
- Provide local Atlanta content and photography for Social Media Manager.
- Additional taproom and sales collateral support.
Metrics For Success:
- Sales success of taproom events and week to week
- Well-oiled and functioning asset library
- Updated Programming for all Taprooms at least 30 days out (with some exceptions due to the nature of last minute events)
- Monthly Beer knowledge dropped in the first week of the month
- Specific Beer releases, spoken about in the first week’s beer knowledge drop, and 1 week prior to Beer’s taproom release
- Facebook, Eventbright, Taproom Signage being accurate and published at least 21 days prior to the event, with some exceptions due to the nature of last minute events.
- Weekly Responses to Guest’s Feedback & Questions, Via Yelp, Google, Facebook, email and providing assistance if needed for Instagram messages.
- Polished events (influencers, partnerships, etc)

Compensation:
- $50,000-55,000
- Potential $500 monthly bonus based on Sales vs Budget Performance and programming spend for all 6 Taprooms

- Health insurance with the ability to add family members. Monday Night will pay approximately 75% of employee premiums and 50% of family premiums.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing roles
- Beer or alcohol beverage industry knowledge preferred
- Strong skills in managing digital and social media channels
- Strong people management skills with diverse teams
- Dynamic, action-oriented individual who is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Must have strong interpersonal skills with a sales and hospitality mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
