Mechanical Engineer
We're rebuilding computing from the ground up: the hardware, the software, and the interactions between them. This is a playground where nothing is siloed, and everyone gets to dive into a bit of everything. Every role here helps shape something no one has built before.
What you'll do
- Design and prototype the physical architecture of entirely new computing devices, enclosures, mechanisms, thermals, and everything in between
- Own acoustic design: speaker enclosures, acoustic chambers, mic placement, vibration isolation, and tuning hardware that sounds as good as it looks
- Drive DFM and work directly with factories in Shenzhen through tooling, EVT/DVT/PVT, and ramp
What we are looking for
- Experience or interest in acoustic design and audio hardware
- Hands-on prototyping chops, CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion, whatever gets it done), and rapid fabrication
- Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work; no spec sheets handed to you here
Bonus points
- You've taken a consumer product through mass production
- Background in acoustics, transducer design, or audio tuning
