Role Description This full-time remote Management Consultant role involves working closely with client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and support implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, assessing business processes, and preparing clear presentations and reports that summarize insights and proposed solutions. The Management Consultant will participate in client meetings, facilitate workshops, and contribute to project planning, timeline management, and delivery of consulting engagements. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, building financial and operational models, and staying current on industry trends to inform client strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, build models, and generate insights.
- Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting, ideally in strategy, operations, or financial advisory.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including financial statements, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Ability to assess and improve Business Processes, including mapping workflows and identifying efficiencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Strong organization and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP) are a plus.
- Comfort with common business and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization software).
- Prior client-facing experience and a consultative mindset focused on delivering measurable value.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role ranges from $140/hr to $200/hr
