Job Title: Product Development Associate - Handbags
- Create BOMs based on all components of handbags
- Update BOMs based on changes/revisions, and Buy meetings
- Help with revisions to styles and updates to BOMS
- Following up on proto samples showroom samples and revised samples
- Review and release tech-packs to overseas vendors
- Managing communication with vendors and design to ensure samples are executed
- Reviewing development samples against techpacks with internal pd team upon receipt
- Creating artwork CADs and tech paks (this is a plus not necessary)
- Ensure T&A and major milestones are met
- SKU Creation and Maintenance
- Working on alternative solutions to styles, counter developing when needed
- Interface closely with production to ensure deadlines are met
- Salary $65,000 to $80,000
