Brand Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week, with opportunity to grow
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel
Reports to: Founder
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, creative and resourceful Brand Marketing & Operations Coordinator to work across two growing footwear brands: Nalebé, a luxury footwear brand handcrafted in Italy, and Maison Abeni, a contemporary footwear brand created for the modern retail market.
This is a hands-on hybrid role for someone who wants to build a career in fashion, brand development and marketing while gaining meaningful exposure to the many functions involved in growing a brand.
The role sits at the intersection of content, social media, campaigns, events, partnerships, retail operations and founder support.
You may spend one day filming founder content and preparing a seasonal campaign, another coordinating materials for an international trade show, and another researching a potential partnership, organizing product samples or helping prepare a retailer order.
This is not a traditional desk-only marketing role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and organizational sides of building a brand and is willing to be involved in the details required to turn ideas into execution.
The right person will be visually strong, highly organized, comfortable communicating with different people and excited to grow with the businesses over time.
The Brands
Nalebé
Nalebé is a luxury footwear brand handcrafted in Italy, bringing together distinctive design, craftsmanship, cultural perspective and storytelling.
The brand has been carried by leading global retailers and continues to grow through international fashion markets, editorial storytelling, strategic partnerships, events and direct relationships with its community.
Maison Abeni
Maison Abeni is a contemporary footwear brand developed for the retail market.
With a more accessible price point and commercial approach, the brand has a distinct customer, visual identity and growth strategy.
The person in this role must understand that Nalebé and Maison Abeni are not the same brand at different price points. Each requires its own creative, marketing and communication approach.
What You Will Do
Brand Marketing & Content
Help build and execute the day-to-day content engine for both brands.
Responsibilities may include:
* Develop and maintain monthly and seasonal content calendars
* Help create photo and video content for social media and digital platforms

* Identify content gaps and recommend what should be created next
* Repurpose content across platforms and seasons
* Help develop content strategies around launches, holidays, events and important brand moments
* Protect the distinct visual and communication identities of both brands
You do not need to be a professional photographer or cinematographer.
Professional campaign photography and video production will continue to be supported by external specialists when appropriate. This role will help coordinate those productions while also creating strong ongoing brand content internally.

Work closely with the founder to capture the real story of building the brands.
Responsibilities may include:
* Develop founder-content ideas and recurring storytelling concepts
* Create filming plans before important trips and events

* Capture behind-the-scenes moments during campaigns, trade shows and events

* Organize footage and identify opportunities to create multiple stories from each experience
* Help the founder become more consistent and intentional in sharing the journey behind the brands
Campaigns & Creative Production
Help take campaigns from idea to organized execution.
Responsibilities may include:
* Develop campaign concepts and moodboards
* Research locations, talent and creative references

* Help prepare lookbooks, linesheets and product information
* Organize samples and product presentation
* Create packing and shipping checklists
* Develop pre-event, live-event and post-event content plans
* Help prepare the founder for important brand moments
* Support selected events and trade shows in person
* Organize post-event assets and follow-up actions
Upcoming brand activities may include fashion markets, trade shows, campaign shoots and intimate brand experiences in cities such as New York, Milan, Paris, Lagos and Dallas.
Travel will be selective and based on the needs of each project.
Partnerships & PR Coordination
Help identify and develop relationships that can create meaningful opportunities for the brands.
Responsibilities may include:
* Research potential brand, retail, hospitality, creative and event partners
* Build and maintain organized target lists
* Identify appropriate contacts

* Maintain partnership and relationship trackers
* Prepare brand materials for external opportunities
* Coordinate with external PR agencies and consultants
* Help manage press assets, requests and follow-up
The founder will continue to lead major partnership, retailer and sales conversations.
This role helps identify opportunities, initiate approved outreach, prepare the founder and ensure opportunities continue moving forward.
Retail, Merchandising & E-Commerce Support
Learn and gradually support the operational side of working with customers and retailers.
Responsibilities may include:
* Maintain accurate product information
* Support SKU and UPC coordination
* Help ensure products are ready for e-commerce and retailer requirements

* Help prepare and process retailer orders
* Coordinate shipping documentation and product preparation
* Maintain organized physical product and sample inventory
* Help prepare products for trade shows, shoots and events
Previous experience in these areas is helpful but not required.
The right person must be detail-oriented and willing to learn.
What This Role Is Really About
The founder may say:
“We are launching a collection, traveling to New York for market, planning an intimate brand dinner and then heading to an international trade show.”
The person in this role should become someone who begins asking:
* What needs to happen first?
* What is the timeline?
* What content do we need?
* What assets are missing?
* What materials need to be ready?
* Who needs to be contacted?
* What decisions are needed from the founder?
* What should we capture while this is happening?
* What needs to happen afterward?
You are not expected to know every answer immediately.
You are expected to be curious, organized, communicative and willing to help turn ideas into action.
Who We Are Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you are:
* Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Creative with a strong visual eye
* Confident communicating ideas, questions and concerns
* Comfortable speaking with vendors, creative partners and external contacts
* A strong written communicator
* Proactive and willing to ask questions
* Comfortable receiving an idea that is not yet fully developed and helping turn it into a plan
* Able to follow through without repeated reminders
* Comfortable with both creative work and detailed operational tasks
* Interested in fashion, luxury, retail, branding or creative industries
* Comfortable creating photo and video content
* Familiar with social media platforms and short-form video
* Willing to learn new tools and systems
* Comfortable working closely with a founder
* Comfortable working independently during remote days
* Available for consistent in-person work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
* Open to occasional travel
