DACK Trading LLC is a boutique physical commodity trading company founded in 2018. We trade agricultural commodities — grains, pulses, animal feed and nutrition, dairy, sugar, and nuts — across 60+ global markets using a back-to-back trading model.
We're looking for an AP/AR Analyst to manage our accounts payable and receivable functions end-to-end, playing a central role in our cash and working-capital cycle.
Key Responsibilities — Accounts Receivable
- Record customer payments accurately and allocate them to the appropriate invoices or accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pending invoices are completed and processed on time
- Notify internal teams of customer payments and maintain accurate payment records
- Reconcile customer payments, advances, and outstanding balances
Key Responsibilities — Accounts Payable
- Review and record all supplier invoices in the ERP
- Prepare and process vendor payments through the company's banking platforms
- Record each supplier payment and maintain accurate records
- Respond to supplier inquiries regarding invoices and payments
- Process internal fund transfers when required
- Monitor supplier advance payments and ensure proper tracking
Communication & Operational Support
- Support Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams with smooth coordination of daily accounting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on payment status and account inquiries
- Assist with process improvements and other accounting/admin tasks as needed
Growth Opportunities
As the role develops, responsibilities will expand into AR & trading collections, brokerage collections, weekly customer statement reviews, and AR reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting operations
- ERP experience (ERPNext a plus) and strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort with high transaction volumes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commodity trading or trade finance experience is a plus
