Position Overview
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and growing wholesale business throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, a passion for golf, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts throughout the territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within green grass, resort, private club, and specialty retail channels
- Conduct product presentations and seasonal line showings
- Execute territory sales plans and achieve revenue objectives
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and execution
- Represent Ashworth at industry events, regional shows, and customer meetings
- Build long-term partnerships that strengthen brand presence and market share
Qualifications
- Previous golf industry sales experience preferred
- Established relationships within the golf, resort, and private club marketplace
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
- Passion for the game of golf and the Ashworth brand
