Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Sales Person role located in Atlanta, GA. The Automotive Sales Person will greet and engage customers, conduct needs assessments, and provide knowledgeable guidance on Audi and other pre-owned vehicles. Daily responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating vehicles, explaining features and financing options, preparing sales proposals, and supporting customers through the purchase process. The role involves maintaining ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, following up on leads, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction in line with Audi South Atlanta’s service values. The Automotive Sales Person will also collaborate with the sales and service teams to support a seamless customer experience and meet individual and dealership sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong automotive sales and sales consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer retention skills focused on building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a professional and customer-centered approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- Comfort using dealership CRM systems and basic computer applications to manage leads and customer records.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or business is beneficial.
