Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, remote role. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and conducting consultations with prospective clients interested in public relations and digital brand strategy services. The Sales Executive will prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with agency goals and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with the account and leadership teams on tailored solutions, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves representing Gal Media Group at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to foster long-term relationships and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within marketing, public relations, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in consultative selling, prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with skill in storytelling, negotiation, and building trusted client relationships.
- Understanding of public relations, digital brand strategy, and media or influencer landscapes, with the ability to translate services into client value.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative agency environment, with strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and sales reporting; familiarity with analytics or performance dashboards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience selling professional services and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly beneficial.
