The Role
This is a true Chief of Staff position, operating as the Founder’s right hand and strategic partner across virtually every aspect of the business.
You’ll sit at the center of the organization, helping to drive execution on the company’s highest-priority initiatives while building the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to support rapid growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants exposure across all areas of a scaling consumer business.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Founder & CEO
- Drive execution of the company’s most critical initiatives
- Build and implement systems, processes, and operating rhythms to improve efficiency
- Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making across the business
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Support fundraising efforts, board materials, and investor communications
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights work
- Partner on recruiting efforts to help build a best-in-class team
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation across workflows
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth startups, or similarly rigorous environments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High level of intellectual curiosity, ownership, and drive
What We’d Like to See (Bonus)
- Exposure to consumer, CPG, or high-growth startup environments
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
- Financial modeling experience
- Background in highly competitive or performance-driven environments (e.g., athletics, agencies, etc.)
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
Package: Up to $200,000 + bonus + equity
Location: Hybrid (4 days/week)
