We are seeking an organized and creative Marketing Associate to work alongside our current marketing and research teams. This role plays a key function in the creation, testing, and distribution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, as well as a background and demonstrated interest in strategic digital marketing. He/she must be able to collaborate effectively with the marketing, research, and sales teams to support the brand and growth objectives.
This candidate should have knowledge of and experience with running and monitoring email and social media campaigns.
An interest/background in finance, markets, and/or investments is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage creation and lifecycle of creative assets
- Support marketing and organization of internal and client events
- Oversee schedule of all marketing campaigns and events
- Work with executive leadership, research, sales, and marketing teams to develop and refine marketing materials
- Create engaging content for social media
- Schedule communications across email and social channels
- Audience segmentation and creation
- Maintain and test automated campaigns
- Craft journeys and execute campaigns to improve the customer journey from point of acquisition to conversion and monetization
- Liaise with paid media agency across campaigns
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- 1-4 years of prior marketing experience
- Experience managing and maintaining corporate social media accounts
- Experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge and interest in markets and investment management/strategy is a plus
- Basic familiarity with HTML is preferred but not required
